Black Eyed Benjamin Part 2

Our photos went well as Benjamin spent most of the time running around the studio kicking a beach ball, the black eye is barely seen. The poor children were freezing though, it had got down to 1 degree that night and there was ice on the car when we left that morning. Was a mad rush too as we only had 1 hour however I am looking forward to the end results! Our little girl model was a star 10 outfits in 30mins and in the middle of her nap time thankyou!! Cant wait to show the summer line...

Tomorrow is our first photo shoot and here is Benjamin still sporting a black eye a week after a run in with his Tonka truck, I think we might be needing a bit of photo shop. At least he has no problems sleeping.

Spot the Bird

Well winter is definately in Kalgoorlie today, the mulberry tree is down to its last leaves, the sky is grey and the birds are searching for breakfast. It feels ridiculous sewing up summer dresses while the fire is roaring, also my sewing room is the coldest room in the house. Seriously considering moving out to the dining room............ However summer cottons have arrived and they are just lovely! time to get out the crochet hooks and the knitting needles.

Mermaids & Bikinis

It's been a very exciting week at Brusselsprouts, our summer fabrics have arrived and they are just gorgeous! Lots of fabulous mermaids in blush and swimming turtles with splashes of gold......... can't wait to get cutting!!
