A Weekend in Pyjamas

The boys and I have been in our pj's since Friday night, no not the same pj's! we have just been swapping them for different pairs. I dont know how it started but let me assure you it is very comfortable and I highly recommend it. However if the day ever comes where I head off to the corner shop in my polka dot flannels for milk and bread somebody please intervene........

Studio Bambini Interview

One of my favourite magazines asked me for an interview! yes thats right little 'ol me! They wanted my opinion! So if you would like to read my opinion and others on "How Safe is too Safe?" head on down to the newsagency and turn to pages 76/77.

40? Bring It On!

I turned 37 on Saturday which didn't bother me at all. I am not one of those women who states their age as 30 something, I am 37 and thats a fact. I have never been bothered about age or getting older until.....

This message was a joke from a girlfriend saying happy 21st ha ha which I found funny until I sent a response. My brothers favourite joke when he turned 40 was that he was 30 with 10 years experience, so I thought I would steal that and wrote that I was 21 with 16 years experience......
16 years....
was it that long ago that I was 21??....
it doesnt feel that long......
So now I cant wait till I am 40 because being 30 with 10years experience doesn't sound nearly as bad!

Toys from Grandad

My father has heart disease and had to give up work a long time ago so he started making toys with unused and left over timber from the building company I used to work for. Above is a plane that he has made and below a bulldozer (excuse the sand and dirt but it is one of the boys favourites)

My dad sells these toys at the Peregian Beach Markets for $5 or $10 and 2years on they still look good and still work unlike all the expensive plastic crap toys my boys destroy within 5minutes of receiving them. He also makes trains and trucks but the aeroplanes are a firm favourite, especially with girls!

So I just wanted to say thankyou Dad and keep up the good work x
